A simple and transparent recruitment process

At Bolloré Transport & Logistics, recruitment is a strategic and engaging focus, closely linked to our objectives and our new challenges. It makes a decisive contribution to the company’s performance by integrating the best profiles in step with our culture and values.

Bolloré Transport & Logistics also ensures a transparent and non-discriminatory recruitment process free of any conflicts of interest at all its subsidiaries. Promoting diversity and equal opportunities are one of the major focuses of our recruitment policy, as they are a source of productivity and creativity. To that end, we have established a recruitment process enabling us to assess your skills and experience as part of a dialogue aimed at better identifying your expectations and looking ahead to what we can accomplish together.

Application for a job, internship, work-study programme or International Corporate Volunteer offer

After reviewing the various opportunities offered by Bolloré Transport & Logistics, you have applied to a job offer or sent an unprompted application because you are looking to work at an international group and develop your skills and know-how as part of an ambitious and demanding professional environment.

Analysis of applications by our recruitment teams

Each application is carefully reviewed, consistent with the values of Bolloré Transport & Logistics. Applicants are selected on the basis of their experience, training and specific skills according to the position considered.

HR and business-line interviews combined with technical, language and personality tests

After an initial discussion, you meet the recruitment officer responsible for the position to which you have applied or as part of a future recruitment project. This interview is an opportunity to better pinpoint your skills, experience and motivation while reviewing the position and your potential career prospects at the Group.

It is followed by one or more interviews with the operational teams in line with the position in question. At these meetings, you will be able to address the various aspects of the position and work environment and envisage yourself in the job.

These interviews may be supplemented by technical, language and personality tests depending on the position in question.

Choice of applicant and notification to applicants having completed an interview

Once all the applicants have been interviewed, the recruitment officer and the operational teams meet to discuss the applicants. The applications are compared and points of view shared in a fully objective manner, the aim being to select the most suitable individual for the job. All the applicants involved in the recruitment processes are then notified of the decision – positive or negative – and the corresponding reasons.

Signature of the contract

The position is then offered to the selected applicant with the corresponding conditions. If the applicant accepts, the contract is signed, sealing the new relationship between the employee and Bolloré Transport & Logistics.

Induction

Our process culminates in the induction of the employee, a key aspect in successful recruitment. In this respect, we place extreme importance on welcoming our new employees. You will also benefit from support from your manager and from the Human Resources Department, helping you to familiarise yourself with the challenges, values and culture of our company.
