Bolloré Logistics committed to the Sustainable Supply Chain

Puteaux. 02 June 2021

More mindful than ever of current and future climate issues, Bolloré Logistics works on a daily basis to limit the environmental and social impact of its business activities.

As a player with a long-term commitment to the Sustainable Supply Chain, the company notably provides alternatives with environmental added value.

Above all, the Sustainable Supply Chain is low-carbon, preserves natural capital by aiming towards zero plastic, recycling and the circular economy, and protects biodiversity. It is also an ethical supply chain that guarantees the respect of human rights and fairness in business.

As proof of this commitment, Bolloré Logistics has since 2018 implemented a CSR programme, “Powering Sustainable Logistics”. Based on the ISO 26000 standard, the programme has been applauded and recognised by non-financial rating companies such as Ecovadis, which attributed a “Platinum” rating to the company in 2021.

“Powering Sustainable Logistics” also aims to raise the awareness of all employees on CSR challenges through AcTogether, a global challenge open to all the company’s employees that encourages them to carry out simple actions with environmental, social, ethical or societal goals. In 2021, the AcTogether challenge was opened up to two other Group entities, Bolloré Rail and Bolloré Ports.

The Sustainable Supply Chain is also the focus of B’lab, Bolloré Logistics’ innovation centre. B’lab develops innovative sustainable solutions and processes to prevent waste and reduce the carbon impact of all operations. Since its creation, B’lab has served to create 26 innovation projects.
