Bolloré Transport & Logistics was for the third consecutive year, partner of the Africa Investments Forum & Awards (AIFA) which was held on 30 & 31 March 2021.

Tahirou Barry, CFO of Bolloré Ports and David-Alexandre Fournier, HRD of Bolloré Transport & Logistics were invited to the event.
Tahirou Barry, CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of Bolloré Ports, spoke about the challenge of structuring an infrastructure project in the port and logistics sector. In particular, she spoke of the need to design and build sustainable projects with local stakeholders that are environmentally friendly and socially responsible.

Today, a project only makes sense if it is part of a long-term approach of economic development and if everyone benefits from it.
David-Alexandre Fournier, Director of Human Resources at Bolloré Transport & Logistics, spoke on the panel "Growing your business in Africa: The Art of finding Talent". He stated Bolloré Transport & Logistics' vision of recruitment on the African continent, driven by a desire to commit to the long term. Indeed, during this round table, the specificities of the African continent were discussed, which implies particular needs in terms of training.
