Bolloré Transport & Logistics participated in the Africa CEO Forum Women in Business organised by the Groupe Jeune Afrique in Paris on June 17 & 18.

As a partner of the event for the second time, the company wished to reinforce its commitment to the increase the number women in our business areas by inviting a new delegation of women managers to discuss one of the key themes for the continent: "Africa facing the challenges of innovation and technological revolutions"

Antoinette Sorgho, Secretary General Sitarail; Sade Akanni-Shelle, General Manager Tanzania and Cynthia Ouattara, Chief Financial Officer BTL Burkina Faso took part in the workshops and attended the panels on topics ranging from diversity to artificial intelligence.

Sandrine Wamy, CIO Gulf of Guinea Region and also a member of the Bolloré Transport & Logistics delegation, spoke at the plenary session of the panel "Innovation - Leapfrog: miracle or illusion? ". She explains: "Because of my position, I am directly impacted by technological innovation. It is essential to take into account the digital transformation, the African leapfrog to carry out our business but especially to make it evolve in order to constantly satisfy the customer.
