Covid-19: Bolloré Transport & Logistics mobilized

Puteaux. 19 March 2020

Bolloré Transport & Logistics is carefully monitoring the evolution of the coronavirus worldwide to ensure the health of its employees, minimise impacts on its customers operations and contribute to the efforts of countries to maintain the continuity of public services.

Bolloré Transport & Logistics is implementing an organisation system enabling it to pursue logistics operations and thus reduce as much as possible the impacts on supply chains. It proposes adapted response plans at its 250 subsidiaries based in 107 countries.

A monitoring unit at Bolloré Group level is coordinating in real time the changes in the health situation and the instructions of the authorities in all the operating countries of Bolloré Transport & Logistics.

Because logistics and transport activities are essential to the functioning of the economy and the daily lives of users, Bolloré Transport & Logistics has taken initiatives to strengthen the application of barrier measures against the epidemic and implement, in conjunction with the local authorities, supplementary actions on controlling access to its sites. Awareness-raising sessions are also being organised at all the sites to prevent the spread of the pandemic.
