Abidjan. 30 November 2018

Bolloré Transport & Logistics a participé au Salon International des Equipements et des Technologies de Transformation de l’Anacarde (SIETTA) qui s’est tenu du 8 au 10 novembre 2018 au Palais de la culture d’Abidjan.

This year, the experts brainstormed on the theme of "Cashew processing, a wealth of opportunities for the empowerment of African Youth", in the presence of Mr. Daniel KABLAN DUNCAN, Vice President of Côte d ' Ivoire and sponsor of the edition. During this edition of SIETTA, we wanted to capitalize on our participation in conferences, panels, and exhibitions and to take advantage of these networking opportunities with participants such as producers, exporters, manufacturers and funding agencies.

Our booth’s visitors were introduced to BTL advanced logistics solutions used in the process of export of cashew through our dedicated warehouses, and logistical operations executed in situ by specialized teams. In addition to monitoring export formalities, our operational teams are also able to transport equipment from all parts of the world for the industrialization of the sector in the sub-region.

During his address titled "how to exploit the opportunities offered by certain export markets for cashew kernels (AGOA, Middle East, etc ...)", Mr. Dominique KOUYATE, Director of Logistics Solutions allowed participants to revisit the logistics services offered by Bolloré Transport & Logistics.

This remarkable presence at this event demonstrated that BTL remains the reference logistics operator in Africa, making the Bolloré Group a strategic partner in Côte d'Ivoire and the hinterland countries with more than 216,000 tons of cashew nuts exported each year for the sector.
