We believe that women have just as much impact within the company as men. In fact, 30% of our workforce is female, and more than 32% of our management and leadership positions are held by women. This figure is growing constantly too.
Every year, women of the Group, get the opportunity to take part to events and internal programs allowing to encourage discussions and enhance their career path. As an example, some of our female employees have had the chance to attend the “Héroïnes” forum in Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire) and Dakar (Senegal), and among others to the “Women in Business” event. Furthermore, 40% of participants in the 2021 B’tomorrow program are women. This training supports their development and helps to improve their performance and visibility.
