Bolloré Ports acquires two new electric tractors for Freetown Terminal
Bolloré Ports has ordered two new Gaussin electric terminal tractors and a multi-charge station to equip Freetown Terminal in Sierra Leone. This is the third time Bolloré Ports has placed an order, confirming thus the successful partnership between the two companies.

Bolloré Group supports the people affected by the earthquake in Haiti
Following the earthquake that hit Haiti on August 14, Bolloré Group, through its Earthtalent by Bolloré programme, contributed to the emergency plan initiated by the NGO ACTED in Haiti to help the populations affected by the disaster and to meet critical needs, particularly in the water, hygiene and sanitation sector.

Bolloré Logistics’ multi-site certification from Bureau Veritas has been extended
Bolloré Logistics has obtained an extension on its multi-site certification that comprises all the standards relating to workplace safety (ISO 45001:2018), quality management (ISO 9001:2015) and the environment (ISO 14001:2015). More than 420 sites are now covered, including 136 in Africa.

Bolloré Logistics inaugurates its new site in Arnage
On 30 September 2021, Bolloré Logistics inaugurated its new site in Arnage, a few weeks after 95 Bolloré Logistics employees moved into their new agency. Established in the key industrial zone of the Le Mans metropolitan area, these new offices of more than 1,100 m² have an excellent location and visibility, as well as good road access from the south of Le Mans bypass which directly connects to the A.11 and A.28 highways.

The Bolloré Group mobilises its employees for the 6th edition of its Marathon Day solidarity race
The 6th edition of Bolloré Group's solidarity race, Marathon Day, was held this year from 23 to 30 September in a hybrid digital-physical format. Employees from all over the world came together with the same objective: to cover as many kilometres as possible by walking, running, cycling or dancing. In the end, 12,267 participants from 91 countries took up the challenge from all over the world, and together they covered 337,212 kilometres.

Benin Terminal reinforces its equipment and acquires two new stackaces
Benin Terminal, which operates the Port of Cotonou's container terminal, commissioned two empty container handlers built by Konecranes, a specialist in lifting equipment, on 1 September 2021. Following their delivery in mid-August, they were installed and the operators trained.

A medicine scholarship granted to the Top student of the 2021 science Baccalaureate in Gabon
For the first edition of the national contest for the highest-ranking students organised on 7th September 2021 in Libreville, Bolloré Transport & Logistics Gabon granted a scholarship to Kamil Alix Maël Bignoumba Boukinda, top student of the 2021 science baccalaureate in Gabon.

Moroni Terminal trains its employees to drive reach stackers to reinforce its operational capacities
From 4 to 24 June 2021, Moroni Terminal, a subsidiary of Bolloré Ports, with the assistance of the Pan-African Port Training Centre (CFPP) of Bolloré Transport & Logistics, organised a training session on driving reach stackers for several of its employees. Thaourati Youssouf, who is one of the ten people trained, is the first woman within Moroni Terminal to obtain this position.

Since 1 August 2021, Rémi Ayikoué Amavi is the new Managing Director of Bolloré Transport & Logistics Mali. He succeeds Éric Dupuis, who has retired after 29 years with the Bolloré Group.

Éric Kalala Nsantu, new Chief Executive Officer of Bolloré Transport & Logistics DRC
Éric Kalala Nsantu is the new Chief Executive Officer of Bolloré Transport & Logistics in the DRC. Having been Managing Director of the Congolese subsidiary since 2019, he now succeeds François Kaniki, who was Chair of the Board of Directors at Bolloré Transport & Logistics for more than ten years.
