As part of the “Powering Sustainable Logistics” CSR programme, Bolloré Logistics Singapore is committed to reducing its carbon emissions by developing solutions while streamlining operations to improve efficiency and minimise waste. This commitment has led to the development of several initiatives: the 4R methodology1 for logistics, commercial transport services that use more sustainable fuels as well as an award-winning circular economy solution "Finished Goods Recycling Program2. These new solutions make it possible to create new practices, in addition to reducing emissions and waste. The aim is to encourage more external and internal stakeholders to commit to sustainable projects.
At Bolloré Logistics Singapore, employee engagement is always one of the top priorities. Launched in 2019, the “Happiness @ Bolloré” program aims to reach out to our employees through different areas of welfare under five main pillars of wellness – Financial, Purpose, Physical Health, Psychological, and Emotional/Social. Activities planned under these pillars include flexible benefits, free health screening, lunch and learn workshops, and community work like “Meals on Wheels”, “E-ration Packing” and Beach Clean-up. The line-ups are prioritized to provide work-life balance, health, and mental well-being and opportunities to give back to the community.
