On 7 June, Bolloré Logistics signed a Memorandum of Understanding with FLYING WHALES. The two parties made their partnership official at the Breakbulk exhibition in Rotterdam, agreeing to use the FLYING WHALES LCA60T solution to transport exceptionally heavy or oversized loads.

Bolloré Logistics announces that Olivier Boccara has been appointed as CEO of Bolloré Logistics Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, he takes over from Cyril Dumon and will pursue the development strategy implemented by his predecessor. He also aims to launch new projects to drive the company's growth in several key sectors such as aeronautics, health, luxury goods and cosmetics.

EASIER will provide an additional 75 self-service check-in kiosks to the Groupe ADP
EASIER, a subsidiary of the Bolloré Group, has received a new order from Groupe ADP for the supply of 75 self-service check-in kiosks. The new self-service kiosks will be added to the 110 kiosks that EASIER previously installed in 2022 following the renovation of Terminal 1 at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. The new kiosk will be deployed from April 2023 and will help meet the strong recovery in air transport demand.

Bolloré Energy strengthens its relationship with the agricultural sector
On 28 April 2023, Bolloré Energy signed a contract to purchase from the Eureden Cooperative 100% of the shares in Sicarbu Ouest, its subsidiary specialised in the distribution of petroleum products. Acquiring this entity will allow Bolloré Energy to offer, among other things, its low-carbon solutions to new customers and thus help to decarbonise their activities. This acquisition is subject to prior authorisation from the French Competition Authority.

Towards a more responsible fleet of vehicles in Europe
Bolloré Logistics France has reduced its greenhouse gas emissions generated by fuel consumption by 15% since 2019, thanks to the update of its fleet of freight transport trucks. By investing over time in a fleet of heavy-duty vehicles using low-carbon solutions, the company is contributing to the energy transition to achieve its decarbonisation targets as part of its "Powering Sustainable Logistics" programme.

Bolloré Logistics Germany launches pilot project with e-cargo bikes for sustainable delivery logistics at the Hamburg site
In February 2023, Bolloré Logistics has started deploying at its Hamburg site: mocci's Smart Pedal Vehicles. These innovative electric bicycles are aimed to replace transport by vans and trucks used on day-to-day business between customers, the logistics centre and the authorities for the exchange of a large number of spare parts, tools and documents.
