The Bolloré Group sets up an international academic scolarship programme

Puteaux. 09 November 2021

The Bolloré Group announces the creation of an international academic scholarship programme. Known as EarthTalent by Bolloré, this programme aims to provide financial support to students who have an excellent academic record but lack the financial resources to continue their studies. It also brings together similar actions already carried out in several other countries under a common name: “B'Excellence”.

During the course of this year, this programme has enabled Ange-Paola Ouanhi, a first-year student at the San Pedro Vocational Training Center in Côte d'Ivoire, to receive a scholarship and to begin a two-year training programme in boiler-making at the Institut de Formation Technique de l'Ouest (IFTO) in Cholet in September.

This programme, coordinated by the Solidarity Commitment and Sponsorship Department, was carried out in close collaboration with the Human Resources Department of Bolloré Transport & Logistics as well as with the local teams.

Head of the International Solidarity Commitment and Scholarship Department at the Bolloré Group

In view of the particularly complex economic and social situation, it is very difficult for young people to continue their studies or to resume training. This is why the Bolloré Group has launched its international B'Excellence Scholarship programme: to provide them with a constructive, effective, long-lasting and ethical framework
