Talented young professionals at Bolloré Transport & Logistics put to the test during the finals of the B'Tomorrow programme

Puteaux. 23 July 2019

The Bolloré Transport & Logistics Human Resources Department held the finals of the B'Tomorrow programme for Africa, Europe and Asia in June and July, drawing this year's competition to a close.

Promising young employees from the company travelled to Madrid, Johannesburg and Singapore for a final challenge: presenting their business plan to a jury made up of Management Committee and Executive Committee members.
Our young employees, who hail from a wide range of business lines (finance, sales, operations, etc.) and backgrounds, have been competing since February in a business game simulating a car dealership.
The teams presented their decisions with determination before the jury from their region. The judges assessed the quality of the various projects and selected a winning team from each region, as well as an overall B'Tomorrow champion for 2019.
The finals were the culmination of several months of close collaboration between our young employees, who were split up into cross-functional, multicultural teams.

For me, B'Tomorrow is the perfect encapsulation of a family company like Bolloré Transport & Logistics. The young participants are guided, trained and encouraged to share their experiences as they grow personally and professionally at the company. I was delighted to take part in the programme and be among the global grand prize winners. It makes me want to give it my all for this great company!

In this ever-changing world, Bolloré Transport & Logistics makes it a priority to foster employees' professional and personal development. A total of 103 young people took part in the 2019 challenge.

About the B'Tomorrow programme
The Bolloré Transport & Logistics Human Resources Department created B'Tomorrow, a career development programme for talented young professionals, in 2018. Held in Asia, Europe and Africa, the initiative seeks to support, guide and retain the company's promising young employees.
The programme has three stages:

Participants in each B'Tomorrow session are selected during career committees to experience a whole new form of learning, a business game. Working together in teams, the young participants demonstrated their ability to show initiative, take risks, and make progress together as they prepared to present their projects to a panel of top executives.
